Breathwork is the art & science of conscious breathing, in a variety of rhythms & intensities for specific outcomes. The Breathwork we share is a deep, diverse & integrated system derived from the ancient Tantric & Kundalini traditions of the Himalayas. Applications include calming & balancing the mind/body system, expanding consciousness, awakening/enlivening energy, optimising respiratory efficiency & CO2 tolerance, as well as accessing altered states & releasing stress & trauma from our bio memory.

Kriya is ‘action that leads us to evolution, expansion & liberation’. Kriya as a practice/sacred technology is referred to as the Yoga of energy. Kriyas can involve Breathwork, but are more complex, having specific intentions, visualisations, focus of awareness & can include repetitive body movements, mantras & mudras. Through the practice of Kriya, we activate vital energy, shift blockages & fast-track our healing & personal growth.
